North: Edmond & Deer Creek
Just north of the city, Edmond and Deer Creek are known for newer construction and established neighborhoods, with parks, shopping, and quick highway access.
Central: Nichols Hills, Heritage Hills & Mesta Park
Closer in, you'll find some of OKC's most established neighborhoods — upscale homes on tree-lined streets in Nichols Hills, and historic homes full of character in Heritage Hills and Mesta Park, steps from Midtown.
Downtown: Midtown, Bricktown & the arts districts
For walkable, urban living, Midtown and Bricktown offer lofts and condos close to the canal, ballpark, and nightlife, while the Paseo and Plaza District bring bungalows, galleries, and local restaurants.
South & West: Moore, Norman, Yukon & Mustang
Moore and Norman offer affordable price points and newer development down I-35 toward the University of Oklahoma, while Yukon and Mustang give you bigger lots on the west side with easy commutes.
